Our Design Approach
- Schematic Design: Property zoning study and design intake meetings are the first steps in the Schematic Design stage. To make your project truly distinctive, we develop project goals and assess your entire requirements.
- Preliminary Design: The overall footprint and layout of the building are depicted in drawings. This stage of the design process, which is accompanied by exterior perspective sketches, is where the building is transformed from a concept to an actual model.
- 2D & 3D Renderings and Material Selection: Detailed floor plans and models of the project showing the finished interior and exterior 3D realistic models of the project. Multiple views will be provided for a complete picture of the finished work before construction begins.
